Cleaning Products Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post for our shipping. Delivery time will vary between 3 to 10 days depending on the destination.

We ship cleaning products within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. If for any reason your order will be delayed we will contact you.

 

Cleaning Products Returns policy

Change of mind/Incorrect purchases:

Upon approval, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All transportation charges (including freight charges) must be paid by the Purchaser.

Items must be returned in new (unused) condition and in original packaging.

Change of mind/incorrect purchase returned will receive a partial refund of 85% of the purchase price.

All other products are custom made to order and are subject to a separate Terms of Sale.

Faulty, damaged or doesn’t match the listing description

If the items you received don’t match the description in the original listing, or it arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss and organise a full product and shipping refund or replacement.
